A specialist in closed book administration, HCLIBS supports 5 top insurance companies in administration. A closed book insurance administrator company provides services for policies which are no longer available in the market. We are administering both Life insurance and Pension products. We are into activities from Servicing of policies (ie. Address changes, account changes etc), Claim payments, accounting of premiums to providing support to the actuarial teams.
