1. 1 to 3 Years experience in HR Process.
2. Graduate in any Discipline with exposure to recruitment process in large / medium sized organizations
3. Minimum one year experience in job postings role.
4. Experience in analysis of various international job portals.
Job Details :
* This role completes varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the Talent Center Sourcing Manager.
* This role also utilizes proven technologies and processes to successfully source and screen potential candidates. Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
* Will be required to negotiate with vendors and communicate with the liaisons team and client.
