* Ensure proper escalation procedures
Required :
* Freshers of any Stream of Graduation( No Corrspondense/open university courses)
* 0-1 Exp Candidates.
* Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
* spoken & written Communication Skills
* Basic Knowledge on Computers
* Typing Skills
* Ability to analyze & solve technical problems
* Good Organizational Skills
* Good interpersonal Skills
* willing to work for 24/7 support.
