    • L2 Level Desktop Support
    • 2-4 Years experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting

    • Excellent Communication Skills

    Job Description :
    • Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
    • Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
