    Mandatory Skills :

    Key Competencies :
    • To work closely with the Sales & Marketing Executive team develop more lead generation and cold calling for international Market (e.g US/U.K/APAC/Nordic/Canada a few name)
    • Provide support to Senior Account Manager for analysis of the existing market and identification of potential segments for generating leads and revenue.
    • Good Exposure to Sales and Distribution structure in different verticals.
    • Proven ability to build relationships with top management of prospective clients and customers.
    • Ability to generate qualified C-Level leads, provide consultation for clients in the areas of Business.
    • Understand target customer organizations underlying business pains, and propose & win the appropriate solutions through Value Selling
    • Responsible for identification of new customers for “Services of the Service Practice” of the company for International market (Account Management, Account Planning) & and try to Cross-Sell and Up-Sell allied Solutions.
    • Responsible for building new sales pipeline and pipeline development for new accounts (Opportunity Management).
    • Reaching top/C-Level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers to discuss about the benefits of “Services and Solutions” offered by the organization’s Service practice.
    • Develop/Generate the Sales Pipeline effectively using the tools in the company & building companies CRM client database.

    Broad Scope of Work :
    • Should have at least minimum 0.6 months-3 years experience in IT Sales with a bent of mind and attitude for marketing.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
    • Proven expertise in bringing outsourced technology project from various geographical boundaries for company.
    • Having sold products similar to that of the company’s software is also an asset.
    • Should have good understanding of various software related applications. (i.e. ERP,CRM, BI, Legacy Applications, Web-based Solutions, just to name a few)
    • Self driven with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets & proven track record of successful “Hunting” and acquiring new customers.
    • Strong contacts with C level decision makers.
    • Should be a Graduate, Management Degree {MBA in Business Development/ Master in Marketing Management}
    • A strategic thinker who is able to develop and refine strategy for successful implementation of each new Business line
