Job Description :
1. Resolving customer queries / technical issues and attending the customer calls
2. Logging the Queries/ Technical Issues/ Calls in Helpdesk system
3. Assigning the issues to appropriate team.
4. Follow-up of the queries/ calls/ technical issues till closure / resolution..
OR
1. Customer Co-ordination, Vendor Co-ordination.
2. Monitoring the ATM Health using tool.
3. Logging the call in Helpdesk system
OR
1. Ensuring Cash Forecasting and Cash Loading at the ATMs.
2. Co-ordinating with CIT Agency /Co-ordinating with CIT Bank.
Skills required :
• Good Communication Skill
• Worked in similar environment will be an added advantage
• Customer Interaction Skill
• Knowledge about CIT operations Experience in CIT and Bank Co-ordination will be an added advantage
