IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER - PAYROLL SOFTWARE
.
Education: Any Graduate like B.Sc., B.Com, B.C.A., NIIT, NTTF or Diploma in computers.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience working on Payroll Process or using / Implementing Payroll Software.
Job Description:
* Implementing the Folklore Payroll and Payroll software at various client locations in Bangalore.
* Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.
* Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files
* Training the client on the software and working with the client to process the Payroll
* Troubleshooting any issues with either the data or software
* Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kickoff to closure.
* Working with Project Managers to draw up project Implementation Plans
* Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects that are being handled.
Desired Tech skills:
* Basic RDBMS skills (SQL Server, Oracle) – Installing, DB attach and Detach, Backup & scheduling,
* Users and access rights, Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, TOAD.
* Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills
* If candidate has knowledge on TOMCAT, ADS, SSO, HTTPS it would be an added advantage.
Desired Soft Skills:
Pleasing Personality,
Good written and spoken English communication,
Good listening skills,
Customer Service Orientation
Must have worked for atleast one year on Client facing job-either in
Software implementation or Help Desk.
Payroll Skills desired:
Setting up payroll structure: rules, conventions, payroll policy determination and implementation
Payroll domain knowledge:
* Payroll cycle knowledge (data entry - processing - reporting - emailing, etc.)
* Payroll life cycle, PF, ESI, Income Tax - experience in processing payroll would be a very big advantage.
* Must possess a vehicle and valid driving license
