Qualification: B.Sc – Any Specialization,B.Tech/B.E.,BCA
Job Responsibilities :
* Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail.
* Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
* Document case information
* Utilize the Phone System.
* Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate basic technical knowledge.
* Up sell the product plans of the organization.
Required :
* Basic knowledge of PCs and Internet
* Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
* Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
* Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English Communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
* Good listening and responding skills
