Job Location : Pune
Required :
* Strong computer skills, experience with CAD, exposure to UNIX and Windows
* Knowledge of network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) is a plus
* Conceptual knowledge of Client server technology is preferable.
* Preferably, candidates will also have some experience and/or exposure to Java
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
Job Details :
In this position, you will provide telephone support to assist customers and PTC field staff with the installation, use, and customization of PTC’s Data management Solutions. This will be shift job, including night shift as per requirement.
Job Responsibilities :
* Research customer issues by working with multiple software packages as well as other PTC departments.
* Develop expert communication skills and a technical understanding for both Windows and UNIX Operating Systems, a variety of CAD and data management products, and internet technologies.
