* Servicing: Servicing existing customers who need assistance on how to use the Jeevansathi.com website. – Handholding the customer, understanding his requirements, updating his profile, helping him searches profiles, explaining different functionalities etc.
* Customer Registration: Creating profiles on Jeevansathi.com website for new customers who come to the office.
* Sales: Converting customers who come to office – Convincing Free members to upgrade to premium services.
* Tele calling other existing customers to follow up with them for service issues and for sales.
