2. Need experience on Citrix environment support
3. Good documentation and analytical skills.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Able to work well under aggressive deadlines.
6. Must be able to lead a team independently and drive towards time line based activities
7. Ability to communicate well, understand business needs and turn requirements into reality
